The role is for a full-time onsite position and requires someone who can start within an immediate to 1 month notice period.Role DetailsPosition: Penetration TesterExperience required: 7 to 10 yearsWork location: Kochi, Kerala, IndiaWork mode: Work from officeCore ResponsibilitiesThe selected professional will handle penetration testing across web, network, API, and cloud environments, along with red teaming activities. The role also involves vulnerability assessment, scoping engagements, preparing reports, and supporting exploit development where needed.In addition, the person will lead a penetration testing team, assign engagements, mentor junior testers, review deliverables for quality, and manage communication with clients and other stakeholders.Technical ProfileHands-on experience with tools and techniques such as Burp Suite, Kali Linux, and Metasploit is expected. A strong understanding of exploit development, offensive security assessments, and structured reporting is important for this position.Certification RequirementsOSCP is mandatory for this role.
