Role Overview

The Care Services is hiring a proactive and detail-focused Operations Management Trainee to help run and improve its multi-outlet laundry business across Singapore. In this position, you will gain practical exposure to outlet performance tracking, service delivery standards, procurement, and supply chain coordination. You will partner closely with headquarters and outlet leaders to keep daily operations efficient, consistent, and continuously improving.

Operational Support and Oversight

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of several outlets.
  • Track operational results and help roll out improvement actions.
  • Make sure company SOPs, quality requirements, and operating guidelines are followed.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
