About the Company

Role Overview
This position is based at the Jandakot Monitoring Centre in Perth and operates within a 24/7 environment. The role focuses on handling alarm activity and coordinating fast, effective responses for customers across several Australian states.
Key Duties
- Track fire alarm notifications and manage both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Work closely with customers, emergency services, technicians, security guards and facility managers.
- Carry out precise administrative work across all areas of alarm monitoring.
- Record after-hours service requests and arrange or dispatch technician visits.
What You Need
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good computer proficiency.
- A calm, professional approach and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team.
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
Roster and Pay
- This is a full-time role paid under the Clerks Private Sector Award.
- The roster follows a 4-on/4-off rotation with 12-hour shifts, covering four day shifts, four days off, four night shifts and four days off.
- Expected annual earnings are between $72,000 and $82,000.
