Role summary

AB InBev GCC India is looking for a PMO Manager to support the GBS Operational Excellence program in Bengaluru. This position partners with GBS India leadership and tower leaders to shape priorities, drive execution, and track progress across key operational plans. The role is centered on data-led governance, project execution, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the Operational Excellence program rollout and success within the center, working with internal teams, external partners, global OE groups, and other GCC teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end governance of the OE framework, including monthly audits, follow-up actions, and close coordination with the towers to support continuous improvement.
  • Study performance patterns using dashboards in Excel and Power BI, identify risks, and present clear insights and recommendations to leadership through presentations.
  • Benchmark performance against other GBS centers and adapt best practices where relevant.
  • Deliver training on OE frameworks and improvement methods such as RCA, PDCA, SDCA, DMAIC, DMADV, Kaizen, and similar approaches based on change-management needs.
  • Spot process gaps and improvement opportunities across operations and use project management methods to implement solutions.
  • Promote the use of project management practices aligned to operational needs so initiatives are delivered efficiently.
  • Coach and support projects and people on project management practices.
  • Support important operational routines such as Shared Communication Meet, Battle of Towers, RTO governance, NPS, Target Management, Ops RnR, Ops events, stakeholder visits, and engagement activities.
  • Question existing ways of working to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of these routines.
  • Coordinate data across GCC and GBS teams and take ownership of data quality for the relevant routines.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement goals for the center.
  • Apply knowledge of financial measures such as ZBB, package, cost center, blueprint, and ROI.
  • Use a growth-oriented, solution-focused mindset to identify untapped opportunities and remove bottlenecks.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or another relevant functional field.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience leading end-to-end project management, Operational Excellence programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong command of end-to-end project management, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present findings effectively.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, advanced PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Expert-level ability in project management, data reporting and analysis, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning.
  • Good understanding of process improvement methods.
  • PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is preferred.
  • Intermediate Power BI skills and change-management capability are a plus.
