Role Overview
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build, improve, and roll out machine learning models that support key product capabilities for one of our clients. The position is centered on creating scalable AI solutions that strengthen user experience and improve operational performance while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning models with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Create and support data pipelines so that model training and evaluation receive reliable, high-quality inputs.
- Apply MLOps practices to simplify deployment, monitoring, and version management for models.
- Partner with data scientists and software engineers to embed AI features into live production systems.
- Run benchmarking and A/B tests to measure model performance, accuracy, and business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for model development and training.
- Working knowledge of MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker for deployment and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics for machine learning.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable AI deployments.
- Familiarity with software engineering practices, including Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
