Role overview
This remote contract position is for a Learning & Development Specialist who will help plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs. The role focuses on creating strong learning experiences, supporting onboarding, reviewing program effectiveness, and partnering with subject matter experts and leaders to improve employee growth initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead classroom-style and virtual training sessions using adult learning techniques.
- Oversee training assignments, curriculum plans, and broader learning initiatives.
- Assess learning needs and contribute to instructional design work.

- Review training performance data and suggest ways to improve the curriculum.
