About the role

Wagamama’s kitchens are built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-moving service style. In this role, you’ll be the support that keeps the kitchen area clean, orderly, and working efficiently, allowing the chefs to stay focused on preparing flavour-packed food.

What you’ll do

• Maintain a clean, tidy kitchen environment that is always ready for service.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep working without interruption.
• Replenish cleaning products and let the team know when stock is running low.
• Assist with simple food preparation tasks when extra help is required.
• Work in line with health and safety procedures to protect yourself and the wider team.
