Role Overview
This position calls for a Facility Management Program Manager to oversee and improve facilities operations in Qassim. The role focuses on running day-to-day site services, aligning facility initiatives with business priorities, and ensuring the workplace remains compliant, efficient, and cost-effective.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute facility management initiatives that support business objectives and stay within approved budgets.
- Direct everyday facility operations, covering upkeep of building systems and infrastructure.
- Handle vendor partnerships and make sure service delivery remains reliable, high-quality, and economical.
- Build and monitor the facility budget while spotting opportunities to reduce costs.
- Maintain adherence to applicable regulations, safety requirements, and environmental standards.
- Lead facility-related projects and ensure they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Promote sustainability efforts, including measures that improve energy efficiency and reduce waste.
- Guide, support, and develop the facilities team to sustain strong performance.
Required Background
- A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is needed.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in facility management or a comparable position is expected.
- Strong capability in leading teams and managing people effectively.
- Solid project management skills, including experience handling large or complex initiatives.
