  • Drive process improvement by supporting automation initiatives and ensuring adherence to management policies.
  • Help improve the control environment by supporting audit readiness and reinforcing internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, including SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment, and both statutory and internal audits.
  • Identify opportunities to redesign or automate work instead of continuing with legacy approaches.
  • Guide a team of accounting professionals by coaching them on execution, leadership, and career development.
