Role overview
This role is for a professional driver supporting senior management in Singapore. The position requires dependable, discreet, and safety-focused transport services, along with careful vehicle upkeep and strong coordination to keep schedules running smoothly.
Transport and driving duties
- Provide secure, timely, and efficient travel for senior leaders to business meetings, corporate functions, and personal appointments.
- Choose routes smartly by considering traffic, weather, and unexpected delays so arrivals stay on schedule.
- Be available for early starts, late finishes, and the occasional weekend assignment as business needs change.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well cared for, and in proper working condition.
- Carry out regular checks such as fuel status, tyre pressure, and service intervals.
- Arrange servicing, repair work, and any required regulatory compliance for the vehicle.
Professional conduct and confidentiality
- Treat all conversations, destinations, and activities with complete confidentiality.
- Show discretion, honesty, and a consistently professional attitude.
- Represent the company well through polite, respectful, and composed behaviour.
- Follow all Singapore traffic rules and road safety requirements without exception.

Requirements
- Minimum O-Level education from a recognised school.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean record.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a professional or personal driver for senior executives.
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic flow, and major business areas.
- Demonstrated history of safe and dependable driving.
- Professional manner with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- High levels of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adjust to changing plans.
