Role Overview
Manley is seeking a Computer Aided Design Technician in Drogheda, Ireland to support drawing production and revision control within an in-house design environment.
Key Duties
- Create technical drawings using the company’s internal software.
- Update drawings based on given instructions and release revised versions as required.
- Communicate with factories, clients, and designers by phone or email to collect design information and secure comments or approvals for working drawings.
- Maintain CAD files, drawing logs, and issue records.
- Track workload and organise tasks by priority.
- Complete any other duties reasonably assigned by the Director.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in timber frame work is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with HSBcad is required.
- A qualification in Construction or Engineering is preferred.
- Experience with 2D AutoCAD and Revit is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, solid technical understanding, and good problem-solving ability are important.
- A clear understanding of current regulations is required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Capability to manage deadlines and deliver work on time.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Drogheda, Ireland.
