About the Role

This position is for a CMM Operator working with precision measurement and inspection activities in Rajkot. The role focuses on using Mitutoyo CMM systems for programming, inspection, and dimensional verification in a manufacturing quality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Run Mitutoyo CMM equipment for inspection and measurement tasks.
Create and work with CMM programs to support inspection requirements.
Use CMM software effectively for part evaluation and data handling.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T specifications.
Carry out dimensional measurements with a strong focus on accuracy.
Prepare inspection reports and document findings clearly.
Maintain awareness of calibration practices and instrument condition.
Use precision measuring tools to support quality control checks.
Assist in quality control activities within the manufacturing process.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Hands-on experience with CMM operation
CMM programming and software usage
Knowledge of Mitutoyo CMM systems
Understanding of MCOSMOS or similar inspection software
Ability to read engineering drawings
Working knowledge of GD&T
Dimensional inspection and measurement
Use of precision measuring instruments
Quality control and inspection methods
Familiarity with manufacturing processes

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 4,00,000 to INR 5,50,000.
