Call Agent

Role overview

Adasoft is looking for a confident Call Agent to join its Ireland-based team in Dublin. This is a fast-paced outbound calling position focused on creating new business opportunities, opening conversations with prospective clients, and supporting wider marketing activity to raise the company’s profile.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with new people, staying motivated through a busy call schedule, and working toward clear performance targets. In addition to lead generation, you will also contribute to promotional and outreach efforts that support business growth.

What you will be doing

• Spend most of the day making outbound calls to prospect lists and potential customers.
• Introduce Adasoft clearly and professionally, and identify whether a business opportunity exists.
• Assess each call outcome and record the result accurately, including interested, not interested, callback, and no answer.
• Share qualified leads with the sales team, making sure notes and details are complete for a smooth handover.
• Support marketing and promotional activities such as campaigns, events, and visibility initiatives.
• Assist with booking meetings and coordinating schedules between prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
• Work closely with colleagues in different countries to ensure follow-up actions are completed without delay.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone with prior phone-based experience, strong verbal communication skills, and the stamina to handle a high volume of calls throughout the day. You should be comfortable working to targets, keeping organized records, and using basic office and CRM tools.

Additional profile details

This is an onsite, full-time position based in Ireland. Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, call centres, or similar phone-focused roles will be useful. Previous exposure to CRM platforms, marketing or promotional support, B2B or technical sales, Spanish language ability, and experience working with international teams would be an advantage.
