Role Overview
This position calls for a Business Analyst who can combine data, automation, and business understanding to improve reporting, strengthen decision-making, and surface actionable insights. The role involves building reliable data workflows, supporting KPI ownership, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and support scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL, while automating reporting processes and maintaining high data quality across systems.
- Apply AI- and LLM-enabled tools, automation methods, and analytical frameworks to support trend forecasting, consumer understanding, and creative performance evaluation.
- Define key performance indicators, track them end-to-end, and share meaningful performance updates with leadership.
- Work with teams across the organization to encourage data-backed decision-making in everyday operations.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, along with strong hands-on skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools. A solid analytical approach, comfort with numbers, and a foundation in mathematics and statistics are important. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to work effectively with business stakeholders. We are also looking for someone who can confidently use AI/LLM tools and machine learning techniques to generate practical insights and support strategic choices. A BTech degree from a reputed engineering college is preferred.
