Role Overview

The Booking Coordinator role is full-time and based onsite in Indore. Responsibilities include managing daily booking requests, finalizing schedules, and coordinating vehicle and cargo assignments with operational teams and drivers. The coordinator acts as the communication bridge with clients—understanding their needs, providing pricing details, and updating them on booking confirmations and delivery schedules. The role involves maintaining accurate booking records, using internal systems, ensuring all documentation is complete, assisting with customer questions, following up on outstanding bookings, and teaming up to enhance route efficiency and capacity usage.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities for effective client and team interaction.
  • Sales competence to address inquiries, discuss rates, and assist in converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple bookings, keep detailed records, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Training skills to support onboarding and impart knowledge of booking procedures and best practices.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or operations coordination is desirable.
  • Capability to work onsite in Indore while managing time efficiently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and booking or ERP platforms is advantageous.
  • Minimum education: high school diploma; a degree in business, logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
