BIM Coordinator - Qatar based

Role overview

We are looking for an accomplished BIM Coordinator to work in Doha, Qatar. This position suits a professional with a strong background in architecture and substantial experience managing BIM coordination on multidisciplinary projects.

What you will do

• Take ownership of BIM coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Create, update, and oversee federated BIM models through every stage of the project.
• Run clash detection checks in Navisworks or comparable software and track the issue-resolution process.
• Plan and facilitate BIM coordination sessions with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Verify that all models align with the project BIM Execution Plan and internal company standards.
• Review models for accuracy, quality, and correct data usage.
• Offer technical BIM advice and day-to-day support to internal project teams.
• Assess and confirm models delivered by external consultants and subcontractors.
• Compile BIM-related reports, progress summaries, and coordination records.
• Assist delivery teams in achieving schedule targets and quality expectations.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• At least 7 years of practical BIM experience is expected.
• Proven capability in BIM coordination for major or complex projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms.
• Good understanding of international BIM practices and construction methods used in Qatar.
• Effective communication and analytical problem-solving skills are essential.
• The candidate must be available to join immediately.
