Role overview
For a long-term position in Bad Lobenstein, we are looking for a motivated baker who enjoys both classic baking craftsmanship and the advantages of modern equipment. You will join a well-coordinated team that works closely together and supports one another.

Responsibilities
- Monitor production workflows, including operating machinery and checking product quality
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and well maintained
- Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental rules throughout shift work
- Implement quality standards and industry-specific requirements
Requirements
- Completed training as a baker, pastry chef, or a comparable qualification in the food industry
- Practical experience in baking is desirable
- Valid and complete health certificate
- Ability to work well in a team and a strong awareness of quality
