About the internship

This work-from-home internship is focused on talent acquisition and core HR support. You will contribute to recruitment activities, help coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and keep HR records and trackers organized.

Key responsibilities

Support the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Help with onboarding tasks and employee engagement initiatives.
Update and manage HR trackers, documentation, and employee records.
Assist with routine HR operations and ongoing people-related projects.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work remotely, can begin between 22nd Jun'26 and 27th Jul'26, and can commit to a 6-month duration. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest in HR and recruitment.

Other requirements

Candidates should be recent graduates or post-graduates and should not be currently enrolled in a course.
A background of 2–3 months in recruitment is preferred, or strong familiarity with recruitment workflows.
Good communication skills and strong coordination abilities are important.
A proactive attitude is preferred, and candidates who can join immediately are especially encouraged.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 10,001.

This is a remote internship with working hours from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. The role runs for 6 months.
