About the internship
This Bengaluru-based, in-office marketing internship is with Spegz, the VR learning initiative of HVAR Technologies Private Limited. The company is an ed-tech startup focused on immersive learning for CBSE students in classes 6 to 10, delivering Science and Maths education through Oculus-based VR experiences. It runs weekend pop-up workshops across the city and has been active since 2019, with a growing collection of 35+ VR modules.
What you will do
- Build and manage the social media calendar, create one Reel for each workshop day, edit parent testimonial videos, write post copy, and publish content across Instagram, Meta, and WhatsApp Status.
- Handle the parent communication flow on WhatsApp, including booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, rescheduling support, refund coordination, and week-ahead nudges.
- Assist with paid campaigns by drafting multiple Meta ad copy variations, monitoring daily ad spend, and refining landing-page messaging based on common parent objections.
- Support field marketing by attending weekend workshops in Bengaluru, engaging with parents, capturing content, and collecting on-ground feedback.
- Help with partner outreach to coaching centres and residential societies to identify new workshop venues and maintain the partner pipeline.
- Maintain and update the weekly marketing metrics dashboard used for the Monday founder review.

Applications are open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site internship, start between 4 June 2026 and 9 July 2026, and stay for 3 months. Stipend and incentives
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 12,000 to 16,000. The structure includes fixed pay of INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month plus an incentive component of INR 2,000 to 4,000 per month.

Benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, an informal dress code, and a job offer opportunity. If converted to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is INR 300,000 to 360,000.

This role includes a Bengaluru-based on-ground component, especially during weekend workshops, so in-person presence is essential.
