About the role
This part-time, on-site marketing internship is with Sobabu, a startup building baby sleep products designed for Indian families. The company works on safe and comfortable sleep solutions such as swaddle wraps and sleepsacks, along with education around safe sleep practices. It is a founder-led environment suited to candidates who are eager to learn practical brand-building, outreach, partnerships, and day-to-day business execution.
What you will do
- Visit clinics and other potential partner venues.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with doctors, clinic teams, and local partners.
- Present the brand’s initiatives in a clear, polished, and professional way.
- Distribute brochures, posters, samples, and other marketing collaterals wherever needed.
- Gather feedback from prospective partners.
- Keep simple records of visits, discussions, and follow-ups.
- Assist with local B2B marketing activities.
- Gain exposure to how field outreach and partnership development work in practice.

- Interest in marketing, branding, startups, business development, or entrepreneurship is important.
- Good spoken English skills are required.
Stipend and structure
The internship offers a weekly stipend of INR 1,500 to 3,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per week plus an incentive component of ₹500 to ₹1,000 per week.
