About the Internship

The Product Folks (TPF) is a large global community for product managers and product enthusiasts, with a network of 200,000+ members spread across more than 25 cities. The organization supports growth through workshops, cohort-based learning, summits, bootcamps, and collaborations with other communities.

In this HR Recruiter internship, you will help strengthen TPF’s hiring ecosystem by working with partner companies on their tech recruitment needs. The role centers on building candidate pipelines, connecting employers with applicants, and keeping the hiring process organized and efficient. It is a full-time, in-office internship supporting TPF’s dedicated hiring efforts.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will focus on talent sourcing, recruiter coordination, and end-to-end hiring support.

Create and maintain a strong pool of qualified tech candidates through sourcing channels such as job boards, networking, and other outreach methods.
Engage with prospective candidates proactively and nurture relationships for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
Work closely with partner companies to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and role expectations.
Handle candidate communication, including screening, interview scheduling, feedback sharing, and offer coordination.
Support the recruitment process from sourcing and shortlist sharing to candidate tracking and final hiring closure.
Contribute to a positive candidate journey and help maintain a strong employer brand throughout the hiring cycle.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, can commit for 6 months, and are based in Ahmedabad. Applicants should also have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Compensation and Perks

The stipend offered is INR 5,000 to 12,000 per month. Additional benefit: certificate.
