Business Development (Sales) Internship

About the internship

This in-office business development role is centered on field sales and merchant outreach. The selected intern will work with local businesses, present PAPEER’s services and value proposition, help merchants complete registration, nurture ongoing relationships, and contribute to nearby promotional efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and connect with local business owners in Hyderabad.
• Communicate the features and benefits of PAPEER’s services clearly and persuasively.
• Support merchants through the registration process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach activities.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to start between 19 June 2026 and 24 July 2026, and can remain for the full 6-month duration. Other requirements

• Telugu communication is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• A two-wheeler is preferred.
• Applicants should be enthusiastic about sales and marketing.
• Basic smartphone usage is expected.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 25,000 to 40,000. The pay is structured into a fixed component of ₹10,000 to 15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹15,000 to 25,000 per month.
