Ticketing Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring a travel ticketing professional who is detail-driven, client-oriented, and comfortable managing end-to-end flight reservation tasks. This position focuses on domestic and international air bookings, ticket handling, and ensuring a seamless experience for travelers.

What You’ll Do

• Process domestic and international flight reservations using GDS and airline booking portals such as Amadeus and Galileo.
• Handle ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, and refunds in line with airline rules and internal policies.
• Work with airlines and vendors to manage special service requests, schedule adjustments, and issue resolution.
• Prepare fare quotes, evaluate options, and recommend the most suitable travel plans for customers.
• Verify passenger information, create PNRs accurately, and complete ticketing without errors.
• Stay current on airline offers, fare conditions, flight schedules, and applicable industry guidelines.
• Maintain organized records for bookings, payments, invoices, and refund transactions.
• Support additional travel services such as visa and insurance assistance when needed.
• Respond to client questions quickly and professionally while maintaining strong service standards.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support smooth travel arrangements.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with GDS/CRS platforms, including Amadeus and Galileo.
• Solid understanding of airline pricing, rules, and refund processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A customer-first mindset with a courteous and positive approach.
• Prior ticketing or reservation experience in a travel company, ideally between 1 and 5 years.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
