The team aims to understand the needs of both sides and match them in a way that supports lasting success.Role OverviewThis in-office telecalling internship in Greater Noida is centered on handling both outgoing and incoming calls, sharing product or service information clearly, supporting sales conversations, and maintaining organized customer records. The role also involves helping customers, following sales scripts, and contributing to monthly conversion targets.Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected intern will speak with prospective customers and respond to inbound queries in a professional manner. They will explain product features, pricing, and benefits, identify and pursue leads, and work toward closing sales over the phone. The role also includes answering customer questions, resolving basic service-related concerns, keeping follow-ups on track, and recording call outcomes accurately in the CRM.Work ExpectationsSuccess in this role depends on clear communication, a persuasive yet respectful approach, attention to detail while updating records, and the ability to adapt scripts when handling objections. The internship is full-time, office-based, and scheduled for six months.EligibilityCandidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.Applicants should be able to begin between 8 June 2026 and 13 July 2026.The internship duration required is six months.Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in telecalling and sales-oriented work.Additional DetailsWorking days: 5 days a week.Location options: Greater Noida and Noida.Number of openings: 20.Stipend: INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 per month.Start: Immediate.
