Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will represent Ada in early-stage conversations. Your focus will be on explaining the value of Ada’s AI agents, understanding customer business needs, and helping identify how the platform can support their goals.
You will receive structured training, build product knowledge, and learn to use a modern sales technology stack. The team uses AI-enabled tools to reduce research time and make outreach more effective.
This position is hybrid, with an expectation to work from the Toronto office four days each week.
What You Will Do
- Create and run personalized outreach campaigns across multiple channels for potential clients.
- Connect with prospects by phone and video to assess fit and qualify opportunities.
- Develop strong knowledge of Ada’s product and value proposition.
- Improve outbound prospecting approaches and refine existing methods.
- Use sales platforms and tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce.
- Work closely with Account Executives to help establish long-term relationships with new customers.
