Multimedia Content Creator

About the Role

This position is for a creative multimedia professional who can shape brand stories through strong video editing, motion design, and visual storytelling. The main focus is post-production, with occasional lightweight filming support only when needed. You should be comfortable turning ideas into polished content for social channels, marketing campaigns, and broader brand initiatives.

The role calls for someone who can move quickly, collaborate well across teams, and bring a curious, experimental mindset to newer creative workflows, including AI-assisted tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine video content and motion assets for campaigns, product narratives, and online channels.
• Animate still visuals and graphics using techniques such as kinetic typography, 2D motion, and visual effects.
• Resize, adapt, and optimise content for multiple placements and formats, with a strong focus on short vertical video for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Occasionally record simple video clips or photos when extra footage is required.
• Convert creative briefs into content that aligns with the brand voice, audience expectations, and commercial goals.
• Preserve consistency across brand visuals while adjusting the creative direction based on feedback and performance insights.
• Contribute ideas, concepts, and rough prototypes that add a fresh perspective to storytelling.
• Deliver refined edits with strong control over pacing, rhythm, transitions, sound, and overall visual balance.
• Work confidently across Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects, including colour grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, tracking, and compositing.
• Prepare exports for different devices, screen sizes, and distribution formats.
• Explore newer creative technologies, particularly AI-based tools that can support ideation, speed up repetitive tasks, improve styling, or enhance output quality.
• Experiment with modern production methods such as auto-captions, dynamic subtitles, AI-assisted editing, motion enhancement, and text-to-video approaches.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams across functions and regions to meet content needs accurately and consistently.
• Support the project from concept stage through final delivery, adjusting quickly as feedback evolves.
• Assist with basic vendor coordination when outside partners are involved, such as sourcing stock footage, arranging voiceover talent, or working with external shooters.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in multimedia content creation, especially in video editing and motion graphics, ideally in a marketing or creative environment.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare artwork for animation.
• Good visual judgment and the ability to build stories across formats, including seamless blending of live-action footage with motion design.
• A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates polished editing, engaging storytelling, and versatility in motion work.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled post-production platforms.
• Nice to have: basic 3D animation experience using tools like Cinema 4D or Blender, or basic camera operation skills for occasional simple shoots.

On-site role based in Singapore, Singapore. This is a full-time position.
