Role Overview

As a Material Planner, you will take ownership of resolving stock shortages so production and customer delivery commitments are protected. You will also support the launch and commercialization of new products being introduced into the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with Procurement Technology Buyers to manage all material needs for KSA.
• Monitor raw material inventory and review stock levels to support cash flow goals and agreed targets.
• Prepare weekly “At Risks” material reports, identify likely shortages, and track actions taken through the Technology Supply Process to meet deadlines.
• Partner with technical teams to create plans for slow-moving inventory and reduce stock write-offs.
• Build and strengthen expertise in material call-off planning using SAP ECC and APO modules.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a Commercial discipline. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in material call-off is required, preferably within a food manufacturing setting. Strong ERP knowledge is essential, and prior SAP exposure is considered a strong advantage. Solid supply chain understanding, logical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment are key. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are also required.
