Key Account Manager – ETS

About the internship

This in-office internship is for a Key Account Manager – ETS role with Everest Fleet Private Limited in Kolkata. The position focuses on managing client accounts on the ground, maintaining service quality, and supporting business growth through strong client coordination and operational follow-up.

Key responsibilities

The selected intern will work closely with clients, operations teams, and site teams to keep services running smoothly and to resolve issues quickly.

• Visit assigned client locations every day to assess operations and handle client concerns.
• Hold regular discussions with client contacts and build long-term working relationships.
• Coordinate with site and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track operational output, service standards, and client feedback on an ongoing basis.
• Follow up on pending issues and drive them to closure within the expected timeline.
• Monitor daily trip performance, vehicle utilization, and any operational bottlenecks.
• Assist with billing closure, documentation, and invoice reconciliation tasks.
• Look for opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and additional business.
• Prepare and circulate daily MIS reports, client updates, and action trackers.
• Travel frequently across client sites, operational locations, and office locations as needed.

Eligibility and application details

This opportunity is open only to candidates who meet all of the following conditions: they can commit to a full-time, in-office internship; they can begin between 30 May 2026 and 4 July 2026; they are available for the full 3-month duration; they are based in Kolkata; and they have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Compensation and stipend structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 9,000 to 15,000. The stipend is structured as a fixed component of INR 7,000 to 10,000 per month plus an incentive component of INR 2,000 to 5,000 per month.
