This is a remote, part-time entry-level IT Support Analyst position with Departamento de Ingeniería Hidráulica y Ambiental UC in Australia. The role is centered on helping faculty, staff, and students resolve everyday technical problems quickly and professionally.
What you’ll do
You will handle incoming support requests through help desk tickets, email, and chat. Your work will include identifying issues with hardware and software, walking users through fixes, supporting desktop computers and peripherals, and assisting with approved software installation and updates. You will also help users with account access, basic network connectivity, and routine IT tools.
Documentation and escalation
