Role Overview

Bolster Legal Services is looking for a Human Resource Associate to support core HR and recruitment activities in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and hiring priorities.
Handle the recruitment cycle end to end, from candidate sourcing through to offer stage.
Arrange and coordinate interviews, while supporting the selection process.
Keep employee information up to date and assist with benefits administration.
