Experienced Sales Development Representative

Role overview

We are hiring experienced Sales Development Representatives to support outbound growth efforts in Nairobi, Kenya. This is an on-site role with an immediate start, and the recruitment process is moving quickly.

What you will do

• Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
• Work toward daily activity goals and conversion benchmarks.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or sales-oriented call center positions.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or equivalent tools.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a persuasive approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Nairobi and begin immediately.
