Role Overview
This is a part-time contract opportunity for an experienced Creative Project Manager supporting a major hospitality brand. In this role, you will act as the main coordination point between internal teams, creative groups, production partners, and outside brand collaborators to keep creative and marketing work moving smoothly.
The position is suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and skilled at managing several projects at once while protecting brand consistency and delivering strong client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central contact for creative initiatives involving both internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with stakeholders, creative teams, production teams, and brand partners to keep projects progressing efficiently.
- Build and maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables so work stays on track.
- Handle multiple active projects at the same time while balancing shifting priorities.
- Use Adobe Workfront and similar tools to assign work, monitor status, and support workflow coordination.
- Make sure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Spot risks, staffing limits, and potential delays early, then communicate practical solutions.
- Run project meetings, provide updates, and manage communication with stakeholders.
- Support creative review cycles and approval steps throughout the project life cycle.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in creative project management, marketing project management, creative operations, or a similar field.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success handling several projects at once in a deadline-focused environment.
- Ability to balance client requests with consistent brand standards.
- Practical experience using Adobe Workfront or a comparable project management system.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams, agencies, and marketing groups.
Preferred Background
- Experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, hotels, resorts, or vacation ownership.
- Background supporting brand marketing, creative services, or an in-house agency environment.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and Adobe Assets.
- Experience coordinating creative production workflows and approval processes.
Work Arrangement
- Fully remote, U.S.-based.
- Approximately 25 hours per week.
- Initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of being extended by up to 12 more months.
