Internship Overview

This internship offers an engaging role in creating short-form video content primarily for platforms like Instagram Reels and other social media channels. As a content creator intern, you will embody characters in scripted videos, understanding the nuances of acting and script delivery to present natural and relatable performances.

Key Responsibilities

• Portray characters accurately in scripted short-form videos.
• Comprehend scripts, character profiles, filming instructions, and creative direction prior to shooting.
• Deliver speeches and expressions with authenticity and emotional connection.
• Work collaboratively with others when multi-character or group scenes require interaction.
• Handle filming using smartphone or iPhone setups, ensuring quality framing, steady shots, good lighting, and clear audio capture.
• Record multiple takes, reactions, and supplementary footage as necessary.
• Adjust performances and reshoot based on creative feedback.
• Confirm that all necessary scenes, dialogues, and shots are fully captured.
• Compile and submit raw video files in agreed formats adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain transparent communication regarding your availability and any challenges encountered during filming.
• Exhibit professionalism, respect privacy and consent during collaboration and filming sessions.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work remotely for a two-month duration starting between September 3, 2026, and October 8, 2026.
• Possess skills in acting and script interpretation relevant to short video formats.
• Should have prior experience creating or performing in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, sketches, theatre, or similar short-form video content.
• Demonstrate strong on-camera presence with expressive acting and natural dialogue delivery.
• Capable of representing various characters, emotions, and conversational scenarios.
• Have basic knowledge of smartphone videography techniques, including framing, lighting, audio, and stability.
• Experience coordinating with peers or participants during shoots is advantageous.
• Familiarity with youth-oriented or lifestyle content themes such as hostel life, shared living, and student environments is preferred.
• Access to suitable filming locations for relatable content creation.
• Good communication skills with openness to creative guidelines and feedback.
• Submission of a portfolio or relevant content samples like Instagram Reels or performance clips will be a plus.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000. Candidates will enjoy the benefit of flexible working hours, enabling them to manage their schedules effectively while fulfilling the internship requirements.
