Role Overview

This position sits within Binance’s Clearing and Treasury function and focuses on supporting the financial operations that keep liquidity and funding flowing smoothly across business units worldwide and regionally. The role is suited to someone who can operate in a high-speed environment and contribute to the control, accuracy, and resilience of settlement processes for a large-scale crypto business.

What You Will Do

• Lead day-to-day clearing and settlement activities for spot and derivatives products, including Futures, Options, and Perpetual Swaps, covering more than 700 tokens.
• Build and refine automated, multi-currency reconciliation processes that can cope with large volumes of fast-moving transaction data.
• Handle both on-chain and off-chain asset matching and ensure that sub-ledger records stay aligned with hot and cold wallet balances.
• Explore and introduce AI-based improvements to reduce manual mistakes and improve operational accuracy.
• Track settlement exposures and take action to reduce counterparty and liquidity risks, especially during periods of market volatility.
• Partner with international audit teams, regulators, and internal engineering groups in a bilingual working setting.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 10 years of senior experience in clearing or settlement, gained in a traditional bank, top-tier fintech, or global fund environment.
• Strong knowledge of derivative products and the operating mechanics of high-frequency trading setups.
• Interest in, or hands-on knowledge of, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and digital asset custody.
• CPA qualification or an equivalent credential such as ACCA or CIMA is required.
• Internationally recognized data analysis certification, such as CDMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or a similar qualification.
• A practical mindset for automation, with the ability to use AI tools or work with developers to streamline verification and reporting tasks.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin for coordination with overseas stakeholders and partners.
