AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

This opening is for an AI + Databricks Engineer based in Singapore. The position calls for a seasoned AI/ML professional who can build data-driven applications and work hands-on with Databricks and related modern machine learning tooling.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related discipline, and bring at least 8 years of practical experience in AI/ML engineering and data-driven application development.

Technical Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Databricks is essential.
• Experience with Databricks ML, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Databricks Workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Practical exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Ability to design and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Sound understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
