This remote AI Developer opportunity is based in Germany and is being handled by a partner company that oversees applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The role centers on designing and delivering scalable AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to help organizations streamline operations and create better digital experiences.

You will work across both consulting and hands-on engineering, turning business needs into practical AI applications using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365 services. The position calls for someone who can combine development, integration, and AI innovation in enterprise settings while keeping pace with fast-moving changes in Microsoft’s AI stack.

The work is oriented toward measurable business impact through automation, intelligent agents, and modern LLM-based solutions.

Accountabilities

• Create, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Set up Copilot Studio agents, including prompts, workflows, skills, instructions, custom connectors, and human escalation paths.
• Connect solutions with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and other business systems.
• Use LLM approaches such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge grounding to improve accuracy and output quality.
• Contribute to architecture choices, technical design, and implementation practices that support scalable AI delivery.
• Work with clients and internal teams to uncover use cases and deliver AI and automation solutions that solve real problems.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, documentation, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of AI applications.
• Keep up with new developments in Microsoft AI technologies and apply relevant updates where they add value.

Requirements

• Background in roles such as Software Developer, AI Developer, Chatbot Developer, Technical Consultant, or Power Platform Specialist in Microsoft-centric environments.
• Practical experience with, or a strong interest in, Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar languages for custom development and integrations.
• Good understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, and intelligent automation concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST services, authentication, and common enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to convert business requirements into solutions that are scalable, practical, and maintainable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing work is advantageous.
