Key responsibilities
- Guide students and parents through course options and admission details.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Follow up with prospects and work toward converting inquiries into admissions.
- Clearly communicate course information, fee structure, and admission steps.
- Keep CRM entries and student records accurate and up to date.
- Collect admission paperwork and verify the documents submitted.
- Work toward monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep the admission process running smoothly.
- Handle student questions politely and professionally.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 26th Jun'26 and 31st Jul'26, available for a 3-month duration, and possess the relevant skills and interests for the role.
Stipend
