About the internshipMRRCS is seeking an HR intern who is comfortable communicating with people and eager to build practical experience in recruitment and core human resources work. This role offers exposure to hiring workflows, candidate coordination, and general HR support, along with the chance to strengthen spoken English and professional communication.What you will doFind suitable candidates and shortlist profiles for different openings.Carry out first-round interviews and basic candidate assessments.Work with hiring managers to arrange interviews and share candidate feedback.Maintain recruitment records and keep candidate information up to date.Help the HR team with career fairs, campus hiring drives, and similar recruitment activities.Draft and refine job descriptions so roles are presented clearly and attractively.Support onboarding and orientation for new joiners.Who can applyThis opportunity is open only to applicants who can work full-time from the office, are available for a 3-month internship, and can begin between 28 May 2026 and 2 Jul 2026. Applicants must be from Noida. Candidates should also bring relevant skills and interest in HR.
