Training Delivery - Green Energy

Role overviewThis position is centered on creating and running technical learning programs for a hybrid renewable energy portfolio. The person in this role will be expected to design, build, deliver, and rapidly put into practice training initiatives that strengthen site capability across utility-scale solar PV, wind turbine generators (WTGs), and battery energy storage systems (BESS).The role plays an important part in reducing capability gaps, bringing consistency to technical work methods, improving safety adherence, and helping site teams become more effective. There is an immediate need to develop and deliver training for solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy operations and maintenance under Adani Skill & Education.ResponsibilitiesPlan and develop technical training programs for solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy operations and maintenance.Deliver training sessions and ensure the learning content is put into use quickly at site level.Support the standardization of technical execution across the renewable energy portfolio.Help close skill gaps in teams working on utility-scale renewable assets.Promote safe working practices and alignment with safety compliance requirements.Upgrade the capabilities of site teams handling solar PV, WTGs, and BESS operations.RequirementsB.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.Preferred background as a certified trainer, especially with instructional design or technical training credentials.Prior work experience in solar, wind, battery energy storage systems, or hybrid renewable energy systems in operations, maintenance, or project roles.EligibilityCandidates with a technical engineering qualification and practical exposure to renewable energy system operations, maintenance, or projects can apply. Training certification is an added advantage.QualificationsB.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.Certified Trainer (Instructional Design or technical training certifications) is highly preferred.Should have worked in Solar/Wind/Battery Energy Storage System/Hybrid RE System Operation, Maintenance and Projects.
