Role OverviewThis position focuses on identifying and securing suitable commercial properties and land parcels in Delhi for business needs. The role combines business development with facilities-related site acquisition work and requires strong local market knowledge, on-ground movement, and close coordination with external stakeholders.Core ResponsibilitiesUse in-depth knowledge of the Delhi territory to assess and shortlist strategically suitable locations.Drive the search for new land and commercial property options across Delhi based on specific area and business requirements.Stay current on prevailing commercial rent levels and land pricing for different property types and specifications.Handle the complete legal paperwork flow for lease agreements and ensure all documentation aligns with local rules and regulations.Carry out field-based acquisition work using a personal two-wheeler for travel across the territory.Skills and CapabilitiesStrong commercial negotiation ability to close lease terms advantageously.Ability to manage broker relationships and use local networks to source property opportunities.Clear verbal and written communication for working with multiple stakeholders.Comfort with MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, for tracking and reporting data.Additional RequirementA personal two-wheeler is mandatory for the extensive travel involved in this field role.
