Job description
Role OverviewThe Sales Coordinator - Hospitality will support the sales and project delivery teams by overseeing hospitality projects across India. The role focuses on coordinating with internal functions such as logistics, product management, and sales, while keeping accurate records and preparing reports to help projects run smoothly and reach completion on time.Purchase Order ManagementFollow each purchase order through its full cycle, from creation to final delivery.Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure purchase orders are processed and dispatched without delay.Keep one consolidated PO tracker updated with live status changes.Logistics and Delivery CoordinationWork with logistics partners and internal dispatch teams to track shipment movement.Make sure lighting materials reach project sites accurately and on schedule.Take prompt action to resolve delivery issues, delays, or other shipment-related problems.BOQ Submission CoordinationPartner with the Lighting Product Team and Hospitality Lighting Sales Team to monitor the progress of Bill of Quantities submissions.Ensure BOQs are submitted to clients and consultants within the required timelines.Maintain a tracker covering BOQ submissions, approvals, and revision cycles.Reporting and DocumentationPrepare and circulate weekly and monthly updates covering project progress, PO status, delivery movement, and BOQ submissions.Keep all project records neatly organized for quick access and reference.Data ManagementMaintain and update lighting sales information and project reference records.Quotation PreparationCreate precise lighting quotations based on client needs and BOQs using internal tools and systems.Product BenchmarkingEvaluate lighting products across competitors and customers to suggest the most suitable options based on specification, quality, and cost.Education and ExperienceA bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
