Role overview
The Project Coordinator will support smooth execution of projects by tracking material movement, aligning multiple stakeholders, and keeping timelines, approvals, and compliance on track.
Key responsibilities
- Keep a close watch on project material supply status so deliveries happen on schedule.
- Join discussions with clients, customers, and consultants to confirm that contractual commitments are being fulfilled within the planned timeline.
- Manage vendor coordination end to end.
- Work with the engineering and design team, as well as clients and customers, to secure approvals and ensure project deliverables are completed as required.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and accounts teams so the project team receives all required inputs within agreed timeframes.
- Draft reports and presentations for business review and performance review meetings.
- Review actual performance against budget, identify variances, and support corrective action planning.
- Flag any schedule slippages or milestone deviations promptly.
- Make sure the project follows all required system and process compliance standards.
