The main objective is to raise demo attendance, strengthen follow-up communication, and improve the conversion rate from demo participants to paying students.Existing Funnel SetupLanding page for free demo sign-upsThank-you pageLive Zoom demo sessionsCourse sales pageRazorpay payment pageMembership or course area inside GHLWhat You Will DoBuild automation for demo bookings so leads are added to the CRM immediately after registration.Assign the right tags based on lead actions and funnel stage.Create or update pipeline opportunities automatically.Send instant WhatsApp confirmation messages.Send instant email confirmation messages.Share Zoom access and joining details with registrants.Set up reminder sequences for demos, including WhatsApp messages 24 hours before, 1 hour before, and 10 minutes before the session.Add email reminders if needed.Create a straightforward pipeline with stages such as New Lead, Demo Booked, Demo Attended, Demo Missed, Follow Up, and Enrolled Student.Recommend and implement the most effective way to monitor demo attendance.Automatically move contacts into the appropriate pipeline stage wherever the system allows.Design follow-up automation for missed demos, including reminders and rebooking prompts.Build nurture sequences for people who attended the demo but did not buy, using WhatsApp and email follow-ups focused on conversion.Trigger student enrollment automation after successful payment.Apply a Paid Student tag after payment.Move the opportunity to the Enrolled Student stage.Provide course access.Send welcome email and WhatsApp messages.Share class joining information with new students.RequirementsProven hands-on experience with Go High Level.Practical knowledge of Razorpay integration.Experience setting up WhatsApp automation within GHL.Ability to suggest better approaches and best practices instead of only following a checklist.Application DetailsPlease include examples of similar GHL projects you have completed, your expected delivery timeline, a fixed-price quote, and any recommendations you would make to improve the current setup.
