Job description
Role overviewThis position is the main contact point for customers, including EDI accounts, IMCs, and external service partners such as warehouses. The core aim is to provide a strong customer experience while supporting shipments that are delivered on time and in full. The role also calls for timely follow-up on service issues, accurate resolution within the applicable SLA, and in some markets, support for logistics activities tracked through OTIF and other performance measures.Key responsibilitiesOversee order handling activities, including EDI order entry, IDoc fixes, and troubleshooting EDI-related issues.Respond to incoming customer questions, requests, and service needs.Work with internal teams and other business functions to steadily raise service quality in a demanding market.Maintain clear and effective communication between the company and its customers.Improve customer satisfaction and ensure order entry accuracy remain consistently high.Required profileEnglish fluency is required.Excellent interpersonal abilities and clear communication skills are important.Good working knowledge of MS Office is needed.A strong customer-first mindset is essential.Preferred qualificationsA college or university degree is preferred.Knowledge of systems such as SAP is an advantage.Awareness of market-specific and customer-specific requirements is useful.Additional informationThis role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is offered as an onsite contract position.The source content does not mention salary, benefits, the number of openings, start date, duration, or application deadline.
