The role combines editing, design, and creative collaboration to deliver polished outputs that match the brand’s style and communication goals.ResponsibilitiesEdit both short-form and long-form video content for YouTube podcasts.Create and refine Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.Design social media graphics, thumbnails, posters, and other creative assets.Collaborate closely with the Founder to turn ideas into compelling visual content.Ensure visual consistency across all channels and formats.Adapt and reuse content efficiently for different platforms and audience needs.RequirementsAt least 1–2 years of practical experience in photo and video editing.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.Comfort with Canva is required.A sharp visual eye and strong attention to detail are essential.Must be able to work independently and deliver work within deadlines.A portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.Ability to use generative AI tools to create B-rolls and descriptive images for final content production.An Adobe license will be provided by the company.A capable workstation or laptop is required for content creation.Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience and must be based in Bangalore.Perks5-day work week.Informal dress code.Free snacks and beverages.Additional InformationSalary offered: INR 4,80,000 to INR 6,00,000 per year.Experience required: 1 year.Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.Vacancy: 1 position.Start date: Immediate.Application deadline: 2026-07-08 23:59:59.
