Role Summary

The selected candidate will manage the internal collection process, maintain regular follow-ups, and support payment recovery activities. Candidates with prior experience in the transport sector will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s in-house collection process.
• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure timely collection updates.
• Maintain regular coordination with relevant stakeholders for recovery tasks.
• Use MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, for collection-related work and tracking.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from any stream.
• Should have at least 3 years of collection-related experience.
• Experience of 3 to 4 years will be considered relevant.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word, is required.
• Previous exposure to the transport industry will be an added advantage.
