About the roleThis position is designed for someone who can actively drive interview outcomes for clients through hands-on execution and sound judgment. You will oversee a sizable portfolio of clients at different points in their job search, many of whom are senior-level professionals such as Directors and VPs who expect polished, thoughtful support.The work is guided by SOPs, but the role still requires independent decision-making. For example, when a senior engineering leader is aiming for a product leadership role at a growth-stage company, you must be able to identify the most appropriate contacts to approach, such as a CTO or senior technical recruiter rather than a generic HR contact.Client and outreach managementHandle an active group of 10 or more clients at once, each with different target roles, timelines, and priorities.Search for and shortlist suitable job openings across major job platforms based on each client’s background and goals.Identify the correct decision-makers at target companies and align outreach with the appropriate level of seniority.Locate, source, and validate recruiter and hiring manager email addresses using enrichment tools.Create and manage personalised cold-email sequences along with follow-up cadences for each client.Oversee client LinkedIn presence, including messaging, activity, and overall profile presentation.Run LinkedIn profile reviews and provide clear, structured suggestions for improvement.Prepare weekly or bi-weekly performance updates covering outreach volume, opens, replies, interviews, and pipeline progress.Maintain accurate tracking of each client’s pipeline from saved jobs through applications and interviews.Keep clients informed whenever their input or attention is needed.Escalate risks, blockers, and recurring issues to internal leads before they impact results.Role expectationsYou are expected to work with urgency, ownership, and strong attention to detail. The clients you support are often experienced professionals, so your communication, judgment, and follow-through need to be sharp and reliable.Background and capability requirements1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR tech, career services, client operations, executive assistance, or a similar domain.Solid knowledge of the job-search process and how hiring workflows operate in practice.Strong written English for drafting client communications and reports.Comfort using LinkedIn, spreadsheets, email tools, and newer SaaS products.Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.Comfort managing several clients and priorities at the same time without missing deadlines.Understanding of corporate structure and how to target the right stakeholders.Startup exposure is an added advantage.Experience with ATS platforms, cold-email systems, or LinkedIn outreach is a plus.What success looks like after 90 daysRunning a complete client portfolio with very little escalation.Delivering outreach activity and reporting on time, every time.Raising edge cases and judgment calls early instead of staying silent or making assumptions.Helping clients secure responses and move into interview stages.Compensation and eligibilityThe role offers a salary of ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,20,000 per year. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience to be considered.Additional informationThis is a full-time onsite role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
