Role overviewAneka Talent Solutions is hiring a US IT Recruiter to handle C2C and W2 hiring for technical roles. This position is suited to professionals with hands-on US IT staffing experience who can manage sourcing, screening, and closing end-to-end recruitment requirements.Work location and shiftThis is an on-site opportunity based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, at Skye Corporate Park, Vijay Nagar. The role follows the night shift aligned with US business hours, from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST.What you will doSource qualified candidates for US IT staffing requirements.Evaluate applicants through screening and interview coordination.Drive the full recruitment cycle for technical positions.Work on C2C and W2 hiring requirements, including C2H roles where applicable.Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.Build and maintain professional relationships while matching candidate profiles to client needs.Handle multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Required background and strengthsPrior experience of 6 months to 3 years in US IT recruitment or staffing.Practical exposure to sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for technology roles.Familiarity with talent acquisition methods and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster.Experience working on C2C and C2H hiring assignments.Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.Capability to understand client requirements and develop candidate relationships within the IT domain.Comfort with time management, multitasking, and working under tight deadlines.Knowledge of US hiring practices, employment regulations, and visa or work-authorisation categories is preferred.Important noteBench sales profiles will not be considered for this opening.How to share your resumeInterested candidates can send their resume to the hiring team at [email protected] or [email protected].
