About the Role
This position is for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to help shape a new generation of agentic AI platforms and enterprise-grade intelligent systems. The role sits at the intersection of backend architecture and frontend product engineering, with responsibility for building the core platform that enables advanced workflows at scale.
You will work on robust Java services and polished React-based user interfaces, while also contributing to platform-wide technical direction, system quality, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, scale, and maintain complete full-stack solutions end to end.
- Design backend services using Java, including Spring Boot and microservices patterns.
- Build and support REST APIs, asynchronous workflows, and distributed state handling.
- Create modern frontend experiences with React.js and TypeScript.
- Connect LLM-driven agents, RAG workflows, vector databases, and orchestration layers into the platform.
- Own API design and integration standards for internal, external, and enterprise-facing systems.
- Strengthen platform performance, reliability, observability, and security.
- Promote good engineering practices such as clean architecture, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Contribute to architecture decisions that affect the overall platform.
- Guide and mentor engineers while helping raise the team’s technical bar.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 9 years of experience in full-stack engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Java, especially Spring Boot and microservices-based development.
- Solid experience building production applications with React.js.
- Practical exposure to REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka or comparable event-driven systems.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience with GCP, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to thrive in early-stage and rapidly scaling startup environments.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong ownership mindset and focus on delivering dependable, high-quality systems.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is structured as an onsite full-time position.
