Role Overview
As a Spa Supervisor in Doha, Qatar, you will help oversee the smooth running of the health club, spa, fitness centre, or salon. The role is focused on creating memorable guest experiences while supporting daily operations and maintaining high service standards.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Manager or Director in managing health club and spa operations.
- Train, roster, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest-facing duties.
- Provide practical support in frontline roles whenever needed to keep service delivery consistent.
- Contribute to marketing, merchandising, programme planning, inventory control, and financial tracking to improve performance and guest engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness requirements at all times.
